This is Rita. She is currently 4 years of age.
It is really difficult to get Rita happily smiling. She’s sad most of the time. I asked a friend who is a neighbor to this kid why she’s always sad and he said “She’s the only kid of her parents, she doesn’t have older or younger siblings to play along with. Other kids bully her because of how dirty her clothes are most often.

She doesn’t feel love from other people except her parents who are only home at night for that, she’s lonely and sad most of the time.
Consider showing Rita love by buying her some clothes, and a hygiene kit, and giving her a treat.
You could make her smile.
